Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy:

• Inspection is available upon delivery. If you do not like it, you can return it with the courier and pay only the shipping fee; refusal to pay the shipping fee is not permitted.
• If you order more than one piece, you must receive the complete order from the shipping courier and pay the full amount stated on the invoice. It is not permitted to receive only a part of the order.
• If you wish to return any products after delivery, submit a request, and we will send the shipping courier to you to collect the return.
• Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of arrival.
• In the case of exchange or return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the customer.
• The condition of the returned or exchanged product must be maintained as it was delivered.
